Drop Shipping Information- updated

We are now able to drop ship items for you.
The basic idea behind drop shipping for those of you
unfamiliar with the term is this: You take an order from you
customer. You then go to our wholesale web site and place the
order for the item(s) your customer has ordered, change the
ship to address to your customer and send payment. We then
ship the product directly to your customer as if it were
shipped from your business. Our name will not show up anywhere
(except for AzureGreen brand product which has the AzureGreen
name on the label) and your company name as the return
address. Example of return address:
Business name address
City, State zip code
On the packing slip it will show your complete wholesale
information (name, business name, address and phone number) as
the bill to and the customer as the ship to. There will be no
pricing on the packing slip.
It's really quite easy. Here are the Guidelines for drop
shipping.
NOTE: In order to qualify for the drop
shipping program you must be a Registered Wholesaler with us.
This means you must fill out, sign, and return to us the wholesale
account acceptance form along with a copy of your state
resale certificate (where applicable).
1) Our transactions with you will be
separate from your transactions with your customers; you
should not enter your customer’s credit card information.
2) Our name will not appear anywhere on the
package or on the return label. The only exception to this is
the AzureGreen brand a product, our name appears on the label
of those products.
3) The return address on the package will
be your address as given to us with your order.
4) We will charge you at standard wholesale
rates for the order. The quantity discounts only apply if all
of the items are going too one customer, each package is
considered a different order for the purposes of quantity
discounts.
5) We prefer to be paid by credit card
(Visa and MasterCard) or by Pay Pal (payment must accompany
order) (the address for Paypal payments is Azuredist@yahoo.com)
if you would like too use any other payment method you must
contact us and discuss any other options.
6) We charge USPS based on the TOTAL WEIGHT
PLUS HANDLING, there is a minimum charge of $8.28. You do have
the option of changing shipping method to UPS. All UPS orders
will be shipped with a tracking number when available. Orders
shipped with USPS will have a delivery confirmation number.
Note: We can not track packages shipped to APO addresses and
foreign address shipped through the postal system.
We ship by first class mail, ups ground, ups three day, ups
two day and ups next day, if you choose to have an item
shipped a specific way we reserve the right to charge the
actual shipping plus our handling fee on the specific
shipment.
Shipping rates are calculated as follows:
For USPS we charge minimum 1 pound currently $4.80 x 1.1 +
$3.00 = $8.28 you will use the same formula for all First
class.
For international the format is $7.00 x 1.2 + $1.00 = $8.40,
keep in mind there is the $8.28
minimum charge.
For UPS we add just the $1.00 to the current monthly charges.
(fuel surcharge changes monthly)
For INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS we ship Air
Mail or UPS. The calculations will be figured Total Weight
plus Handling. Please FAX (preferred), EMAIL, or PHONE for a
quote. We will not ship back ordered items on foreign
shipments unless you wish to pay the additional shipping
charges. You will be notified of the back order and asked as
to whether the order is to be held for all items, substitute
out of stock, or cancel the back ordered item.
7) We will ship anywhere that will accept
packages from the United States, however you are responsible
for any shipments that are denied by customs, please note that
your customers are liable for any duty.
8) When your customer wants to make a
return they will handle it with you, however you would like to
handle returns, and then you can make the return with us as
you would normally.
9) To find AzureGreens latest stock
information you need to go to http://wholesale.azuregreenw.com/index.html?action=myaccount
and look under the new items section and the discontinued
items section, this will allow you to find out what new items
we have and what items will no longer be available. A weekly
inventory list will be available online at Wholesale
Updates There will also an excel and word files for New items, Price
changes, and new discontinued items.
10) Our preferred method of receiving drop
ship orders is having them faxed, emailed or placed online at http://wholesale.azuregreenw.com/index.html?action=myaccount
enter your account number and zip code, to log on and place
your order. Just change the ship to address to the customers
address that you are drop shipping to.
11) An order IS NOT a drop ship order if it
IS GOING TO AN ADDRESS WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU or placed under
your business name going to a different address. Such an order
is considered a regular wholesale order with us. Do not put
your business name in the shipping address for your customer.
12) Options for Back ordered, Drop ship
items:
A. Cancel and reorder at a later date.
B. Maintain back ordered items on the order. Shipping charges
will be charged on the original shipment
C. Back ordered items will be so noted on the Packing Slip for
the customer.
D. Back orders over 3 month old will be cancelled and the
customer or you will have to reorder.
13) An important note for all drop
shippers! Please double check your drop ship customers address
& zip codes before placing your Drop Ship orders. You may
also want to confirm the address at http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp
We have several wrong drop ship addresses per day come
through, if the address is wrong we charge a $5.00 FEE, if the
order was shipped to a PO Box and shipped out USPS the order
and package becomes very hard to track and find. In effect if
we receive a bad address or zip code your account will be
assessed a $5.00 Fee per each error no exceptions! So please
stay alert with your addresses.
14) When entering your customers address:
A) Do not abbreviate the city
B) Do not copy and paste foreign address
(preference is to fax or email these orders) since many use
foreign symbols, they also do not fit well into the US format.
C) Do not use periods (.) and
number signs (#) if you customer has entered them please
delete them before submitting the order, these all have to be
corrected before they can be shipped.
15) Due to company policy all drop ship
customers will receive our catalog during our bulk mailings.
Just let them know that anything in the catalog can be ordered
directly from you.
